Occupation: Travel Consultant
Marital Status: Married
Names of Children: Lyn, Ross
Names and ages of Grandchildren: Anabel-1Year
Hobbies and Activities: I play golf, ski, serve on nonprofit boards and travel. I have trained my clients to leave messages for me.
My goal has been to see the world and there are now very few places I have not visited. Timbuctu was the ultimate destination.
From BARBARA: I married in college, taught school and became a stay at home mom. Since I could not say no-became a professional volunteer as well. Finally decided to get paid for my work, and started my own business providing training for Fortune 500 Companies. Eighteen years ago, I convinced my husband to move to Lake Tahoe and continue his medical practice there. Since I still could not sit still and casinos would not spend money on employees, I stopped my business and became a travel consultant dealing with high end leisure travel. Good thing as internet travel started soon after for budget trips.

Occupation: Retired
Marital Status: Married
Names of Children: Robert, Rebecca
Names and ages of Grandchildren: Megan 11, Lauren 7, Mikey 6, Katie 1
Hobbies and Activities: Square dancing, exercising at local gym, attending plays, gardening, reading
From David: Ever since the 9/11 tragedy, I have donated blood every 60 days at the Central Penn Blood Bank. Seldom noted for competence, especially warfare, the Bush Administration has been successfully waging war against our environment; in just six years they have managed to set back environmental progress by a century as documented by Carl Pope in his book "Strategic Ignorance," and web site www.strategicignorance.com. To help combat this shameful abuse of our natural resources, I have joined the Union of Concerned Scientists and frequently send e-mails to our legislators to support environmentally friendly bills and oppose bad ones. Lately, we have had some victories as people are becoming aware of what is going on, particularly right here in Pennsylvania where streams and lakes are polluted (enjoy the fishing, but think twice about eating what you catch) and Superfund sites are unfunded. On the lighter side, Barb & I have been square dancing since 1985; presently we dance with a club called the "Flirts & Skirts." I have been an amateur caller, singing such songs as "Pretty Woman" and "City of New Orleans." Folks have urged me to get a license and become a club caller, but I'd really rather just dance.

Chester University
Marital Status: Married
Names of Children: Donna, Mike, Dan
Names and ages of Grandchildren: Caitlin: 7
Hobbies and Activities: Fishing off the surf or from my boat at the Jersey shore. Playing whatever sports a 7 Year old signs up for (since she thinks granddad is also a 7 year old): tennis, softball, soccer and (I stopped at gymnastics). We do some golf, but nothing to write home about since I'm limited with a lack of feeling in my left hand from my stroke in 2004, have strength just lost the sense of touch.
From James: I'm on summer break, so I have no relevant comments due to brain inactivity while on vacation. Kathy and I are relaxing at our shore house, visiting Mike, our oldest son, in Sacramento, keeping in touch with Donna and Dan who live in the area, and not planning anything big like last summer's Hawaii trip or Spring Break in the Bahamas until I get old enough to retire again from education. Wilgard are you coming this year?

From Dave: My life is a study of ups and downs. After serving in the the U S Army in Germany I came back to Lansdowne in 1963 and entered into a career in banking/stocks. I married Aubrey Benham (class 1960) in 1965 and we settled in Media in 1968; saw the birth of our son, Andrew, who became ill and died in 1968. Our lives took a new turn when I joined a company located in D.C. moving us to Maryland. After about six months the FBI,CIA, and Interpol were contacting me regarding my boss, who turned out to be an international thief. About 7 years and two new daughters later off we went to Ft. Myers Fl. wher we have been since. Life in the sun has been great. . Our oldest daughter has moved to Ohio, much to our dismay but she has did provide us with 3 wonderful grandchildren. PopPop loves when they visit or he ventures North. Our youngest is a school teacher here in town. Life is good. To top it off I'm retired and my wife is supporting me! Can't beat that!!!.
